Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For preeclampsia group, puerperas with pre-eclampsia; with or without calcium and / or vitamin D supplementation; with or without associated comorbidities will be selected. In order to compose the control group; puerperas without preeclampsia; healthy; with or without calcium and / or vitamin D supplementation will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The non-inclusion criteria for the preeclampsia and control group are puerperium of multiple gestation; smoking and use of illicit drugs; fetal malformations and fetal death
