Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female subjects with a medical diagnosis of urinary incontinence will be included. They will be referred from the Urogynecology outpatient's clinic of the Hospital São Lucas from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Previous to their inclusion on the study, all subjects will have signed the free informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There will be excluded women that during the study period perform any additional physical therapy, or initiate any kind of structured and planned physical activity in addition to those provided in the protocol, those with medical conditions that promote disability other than the urinary incontinence, such as severe lung disease, neurological diseases, malignancies, severe cardiac disease or those who have undergone surgery for urinary incontinence.

| Medical diagnosis: presence or absence of pelvic prolapse ;Level of satisfaction with treatment: continent / no loss of urine, satisfied with the treatment, with improvement and no improvement. ;Strength of the pelvic floor muscles: perineometer (0 to 100 Sauers or 0 to 1.75 cmH2O) and bidigital maneuver (0 to 5 degrees on the Ortiz scale) ;Quality of life: WHOQOL - bref and King's Questionnaire ;Depression: General Hospital Depression Scale (score equal or greater than 3 suggestive of depression) and a self-perception question on depression "Do you feel depressed?", answered with yes or no | — |
