Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a rheumatologist according to the American College of Rheumatology criteria (2010); female; Aged between 20 and 59 years; not engaged in strength training for at least 6 months; physically active; absence of cardiovascular, neurological, or psychiatric disease; ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) between 0.90 and 1.40, not indicating peripheral arterial disease; score above 3 on the visual analog scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Undergoing any concomitant treatment during the study protocol, such as engaging in physical exercise, changes in medication treatment, and complementary therapies; minimum attendance of 80% in the training program; worsening of disease symptoms during the experimental period
