Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals; both sexes; age between 18 and 65 years; active professional link with the institution; day, evening, or night work shift; agreement to participate and provision of written informed consent; clinical ability to participate in a lifestyle change program including nutritional guidance and encouragement of physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled chronic diseases; clinical or physical conditions that prevent safe participation in a lifestyle change program including nutritional guidance and encouragement of physical activity; use of medications that significantly interfere with body weight or body composition; pregnancy; breastfeeding; concurrent participation in another intervention study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in lean mass, body fat percentage, and total body water measured by segmental bioelectrical impedance analysis (InBody S10) from baseline to week 12.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in self-reported burnout symptoms assessed by a 26-item structured questionnaire from baseline to week 12.;Change in lifestyle behaviors (physical activity, hydration, diet) measured by structured questionnaire from baseline to week 12.
