40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be between the ages of 40 and 70; to be in the menopause; to have completed all the therapies related to the treatment of the cancer, including, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; to be at least six months after treatment; to have medical release for physical exercise; and to be performing the treatment of hormonal therapy (Tamoxifeno® or Anastrazol).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To present a diagnosis of lymphedema; uncontrolled arterial hypertension, uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled neurological diseases and / or orthopedic limitations.

Increased muscular strength performance, evaluated by the test of 10 maximum repetitions, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5%, comparing pre and post-intervention measurements.;Increased quality of life, verified using the SF-36, quality of life questionnaire, based on a variation of at least 5%, comparing pre and post-intervention measurements.;Reduction in the values of fatigue indicators, evaluated through of the fatigue scale of the Piper, from the observation of a variation of at least 5%, comparing the pre- and post-intervention measurements.

Changes in body composition, verified by means of dual-beam radiological absorptiometry, from the observation of a variation of at least 5%, comparing the pre- and post-intervention measurements.;Increase in movement pattern scores, verified through the functional movement screen (FMS) instrument, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5%, comparing the pre- and post-intervention measurements.;Reduction in the values of the anxiety indicators, evaluated by means of the trace-state anxiety inventory (IDATE), from the observation of a variation of at least 5%, comparing the pre- and post-intervention measurements.
