| It is expected to find a statistically significant increase (p < 0.05) in the average emotional intelligence scores of participants in the experimental group after the intervention. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) are also expected between groups (experimental and control) after the 8 weeks of intervention. It is assumed that after 8 weeks of intervention, the experimental group will have increases in emotional intelligence scores, compared to the control group, which will be on the waiting list for 8 weeks | — |

| It is expected to find a statistically significant decrease (p < 0.05) in the average burnout scores of participants in the experimental group after the intervention. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) are also expected between groups (experimental and control) after the 8 weeks of intervention. It is assumed that after 8 weeks of intervention, the experimental group will have decreases in burnout scores, if compared with the control group, which will be on the waiting list for 8 weeks. This will be verified through the ANOVA test of repeated measures, through which the pre-test, post-test and follow-up results will be compared, both intragroup and intergroup. For the assessment of burnout, the Inventory for the Assessment of Burnout Syndrome - ISB will be used.;It is expected to find a statistically significant increase (p < 0.05) in the mean mindfulness scores of participants in the experimental group after the intervention. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) are also expected between groups (experimental and control) after the 8 weeks of intervention. It is assumed that after 8 weeks of intervention, the experimental group will have increases in mindfulness scores, compared to the control group, which will be on the waiting list for 8 weeks. This will be verified through the ANOVA test of repeated measures, through which the pre-test, post-test and follow-up results will be compared, both intragroup and intergroup. To measure the level of mindfulness, the Brazilian version of the Five Facets Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) will be used;It is expected to find a statistically significant increase (p < 0.05) in the mean scores in adherence to mindfulness of participants in the experimental group after the intervention. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) are also expected between groups (experimental and control) after the 8 weeks of intervention.
