| It is expected that the presentation of the list of recorded words will be more viable and with more hits than the list of words presented in the open voice;Recording the list as a procedure for evaluating speech perception showed to be feasible for application in the studied population. It was verified in the results of the test that the medians obtained in both conditions (live and recorded) were the same or close, both in silence and in noise, since most of the 30 children who composed the sample reached 100% recognition of phonemes and words. Even with this result, the difference between conditions was statistically significant. This finding is justified by the fact that, in the recorded situation, the majority of the children presented performance equal to 100%, whereas in the live voice condition, many children had results below 100%. | — |
