Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum age of 18 years; have a smartphone; accept sleeping in a room separate from the partner; agree to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-availability to do the treatment for the established period; benzodiazepine medication users; continuous users of muscle relaxants; alcoholics.

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effectiveness of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy in obese patients with snoring, hoping to find that the proposed treatment will reduce snoring by at least 30% of that population.
