Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young people of both sexes; aged between 18 and 39 years old; have anxiety according to the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a low level of anxiety; participants that use any type of anxiolytic or antidepressant

We expect to find reductions in anxiety levels among participants, with superiority for the intervention with exergames.
