Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be on hemodialysis for at least six months for hemodialysis groups. Have a glomerular filtration rate of less than 90ml / min / 1.73m2. Have been diagnosed with hypertension according to the VI Brazilian guidelines for hypertension (2010). Be able to practice physical exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present pain during the exercise protocol. Develop cancer throughout the intervention. Present thrombosis during the intervention.

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure decrease in patients with chronic kidney disease, verified by blood pressure measurements with a calibrated sphygmomanometer, from the observation of a variation of at least 15 mmHg in blood pressure in the pre and post intervention measurements.
