Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Woman aged 60 and over 70 and present medical clearance certificate for physical exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To reach a score below the cut-off point in the cognitive performance assessment performed by the Montreal Cognitive Asessment; to be diagnosed with some neurological disease and to present auditory, visual and motor deficits; to be currently smokers and / or in the last six months and to consume caffeine in the last 24 hours before the collection

Analyze the levels of methylation between the multicomponent and combined tests, verified by means of Biochip methylation analysis, and the results obtained in the comparison of the results
