Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adults aged 18 to 70 years, both sexes, cirrhotic, with the disease stabilized, in medical follow-up at the Liver Transplantation Clinic of Santa Casa de Porto Alegre, who accept to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: decompensation of liver disease characterized by Child Pugh Score Class C, hospitalization in the last three months, with degenerative neuromuscular diseases and / or orthopedic changes that compromise the results of physical tests, which present absolute contraindications for testing and patients with comorbidities diseases not associated with liver disease.

| It is expected to find an increase in functional capacity throughout a 12-week exercise program verified through the six-minute walk test represented by the increase in measurements between the beginning and end of the intervention.;It is expected to find an increase in peripheral muscle strength during a 12-week exercise program verified through isokinetic dynamometry represented by the increase in the peak torque of the quadriceps in the measurements between the beginning and the end of the intervention.;It is expected to find an increase in respiratory muscle strength over a 12-week exercise program verified through manuvacuometry represented by the increase in inspiratory and expiratory pressures in the measurements between the beginning and the end of the intervention.;It is expected to find an increase in the quality due over a 12-week exercise program verified through the application of the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form 36 Health Survey questionnaire represented by the increase in the scores obtained between the beginning and end of the intervention.;It is expected to find a reduction in fatigue over a 12-week exercise program verified by applying the Fatigue Severity Scale questionnaire represented by the reduction of the scores obtained between the beginning and end of the intervention. | — |
