After extraction of the impacted third molar, each patient will initially receive 500mg of paracetamol in the immediate postoperative period and this medication can be replaced by the combination of 3

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 50 years; both sexes; no systemic disease or locoregional changes that may affect the tissue repair process or in post-operative sensitivity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of dexamethasone, paracetamol, codeine phosphate and mepivacaine.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate the analgesic efficacy using the combination of 30mg of codeine phosphate + 500mg of paracetamol, through the extraction of impacted third molars.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the main adverse reactions using the combination of 30mg of codeine phosphate + 500mg of paracetamol in the extraction of impacted third molars.
