This is a randomized controlled, factorial, four-arm, open-label clinical trial. The 60 patients included in the research, aged between 5 and 10 years, will be selected at the Children's Clinic of the
ILIB: the children will be submitted to the application of intravascular laser in the blood, using the wristband for fixation of the laser in the radial artery, for 10 minutes, with energy parameters
TAC: the children will be subjected to contact with the therapy dog ??at the dental reception and the dog will be guided into the clinical room together with the child and will remain close to the den

Eligibility
Age
5 Years to 10 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children who do not use anxiolytics; children who have levels of anxiety and/or fear of dental procedures; children from the children's clinic at the PUC-Campinas School of Dentistry; patients or guardians who agree to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Term and the Assent Term; children who will undergo anxiety-generating procedures, such as anesthesia, dentistry, surgery and/or endodontics
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to dogs; patients who have a phobia and/or fear of dogs; patients or guardians who do not agree to participate in the research and have not signed the Term of Free and Informed Consent and the Term of Assent; children who were using medications that alter the central nervous system, such as anxiolytics, antidepressants and muscle relaxants; adult patients; children with psychological or psychiatric problems

| In the primary outcome, it is expected that the therapies (dog-assisted therapy and ILIB), alone or in combination, are alternatives and are related to the reduction of anxiety levels in patients undergoing dental procedures. To assess anxiety, children will answer the questionnaire (Corah Scale), before and after treatments.
