Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: If they are considered anxious, between the ages of 18 and 30, enrolled from the first to the fourth year of the UNIOESTE Physical Therapy course, reach medium or high anxiety levels in the IDATE-T questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be doing treatment with allopathic, phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines for anxiety; use of flowers; psychological therapy; and acupuncture during the study period. And that refer some allergy / intolerance to alcoholic products.

MeasureTime frame
It is hoped to achieve the recruitment and participation of the academics and that at the end of the study the treatment with the use of the floral compound is effective, generating reduction in the levels of anxiety measured by the IDATE questionnaire. Intake of the compound will be controlled by a table for frequency of use and level of anxiety measured using the IDATE questionnaire.
