This is a Randomized Clinical Trial, which aims to evaluate the effects of Bach flower remedies. Individuals will be randomly and confidentially allocated to the intervention and control groups, allow
72 in the Surgical, General and Infectious and Parasitic Disease Intensive Care Units of the Oswaldo Cruz University Hospital

Eligibility

Age
25 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing technicians; aged between 25 and 65 years; have worked in an adult Intensive Care Unit for at least 3 months; are not undergoing any treatment for stress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing technicians who: are on leave, maternity leave or for health treatment; change work sector; Technician who is not part of the Intensive Care Unit staff who is taking vacation, leave and other activities will be excluded

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The mean occupational stress scores of nursing technicians who did not use Bach flower remedies (Control Group) do not show significant differences in relation to the mean occupational stress scores of those who used Bach flower remedies (Intervention Group).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The average occupational stress scores of nursing technicians who used Bach flower remedies (Intervention- Group) will present significant differences in relation to the average occupational stress scores of nursing technicians who will not use Bach flower remedies (Group Control)
