Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age; both sexes;full mouth biofilm and bleeding score equal to or less than twenty percent; bilateral Cairo RT1 gingival recessions on three adjacent teeth greater than or equal to 2mm; main complaint esthetics or dentin hypersensitivity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic health problems; contraindication for periodontal surgery; smokers; pregnant or lactating women; previous root covering surgery at the experimental site

MeasureTime frame
It’s expected to evaluate the tissue volume change obtained through root coverage in multiple bilateral recessions using subepithelial connective tissue grafting with or without L-PRF matrix; this outcome will be measured through standardized clinical evaluation at 6, 12, and 24 months with photographic, tomographic, and digital records obtained through intraoral scanning; quantitative data will be presented as means and standard deviations; the level of significance adopted will be 5% (p<0.05); intergroup and intragroup differences will be evaluated using the most appropriate parametric or nonparametric tests after analyzing the normality of the data obtained

It's expected to evaluate root coverage percentage, width of the keratinized mucosa band; clinical insertion level; probing depth; quantify cytokine levels in gingival crevicular fluid; dentin hypersensitivity and subjective aesthetic perception comparing the two surgical techniques; quantitative data will be presented with means and standard deviations; the level of significance adopted will be 5% (p<0.05); intergroup and intragroup differences will be evaluated using the most appropriate parametric or nonparametric tests after analyzing the normality of the data obtained
