Age
20 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Binge-eating and overweight or obese grade I volunteers; both genders; age between 20 and 49 years old; not having been exercising regularly for at least 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Be in nutritional follow-up or intervention; women intending to become pregnant during the study period; pregnant or lactating women; history of severe depression or other severe psychiatric comorbidities; use of appetite-modulating medications; history of cardiovascular disease, kidney failure, and diabetes mellitus; body mass index outside the established criteria; impossibility to exercise.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effects of tDCS and tDCS associated with aerobic exercise after 8 weeks of treatment on the food intake of patients with binge eating symptoms through the 24-hour dietary recall. A variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention calorie measurements is expected.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To identify if there is a change in the eating behavior of individuals undergoing treatment with active TDCS for 8 weeks, using visual analog scales to assess hunger, satiety and food craving. A variation of at least 1 points from the measurement scale (0 to 10 scale) is expected before and after the intervention.;To identify if there is a change in the eating behavior of individuals undergoing treatment with placebo tDCS plus aerobic exercise for 8 weeks, using visual analog scales to assess hunger, satiety and food craving. A variation of at least 1 points from the measurement scale (0 to 10 scale) is expected before and after the intervention.;To identify if there is a change in the eating behavior of individuals undergoing treatment with active tDCS plus aerobic exercise for 8 weeks, using visual analog scales to assess hunger, satiety and food craving. A variation of at least 2 points from the measurement scale (0 to 10 scale) is expected before and after the intervention.;To compare the eating behavior of individuals undergoing active ETCC, aerobic exercise plus placebo ETCC and active ETCC plus aerobic exercise after 8 weeks of treatment, using visual analog scales to assess hunger, satiety and food craving. A variation of at least 1% is expected between the pre and post intervention groups.;To compare the caloric intake of individuals undergoing active tDCS, aerobic exercise plus placebo tDCS and active tDCS plus aerobic exercise after 8 weeks of treatment, using the 24-hour dietary recall. A variation of at least 1% in calorie measurements is expected between the pre and post intervention groups.;To compare body composition of subjects undergoing active TDCS, aerobic exercise plus placebo TDCS, and active TCCTA plus aerobic exercise after 8 weeks of treatment using DEXA. A variation of at least 1% in body composition between the pre and post intervention groups is expected.
