Interventions

Number of participants: 160 students randomly divided into two groups, 80 subjects each, as the breathing techniques that emphasize the expansion and hygiene. Procedures and administration: Respirator
the subject will connect the instrument on the mouth and hold inspiratory effort to elevate the balls. Clearance technique: use of oral oscillatory expiratory high frequency, Shaker, sitting position
the subject will connect the device in the oral region and perform expiratory effort to move the ball inside. Type of respiratory exercises: For time: in which the subject will perform three sets of t
By repetition: the subject will perform three sets of ten repetitions with one minute interval between sets. Frequency: one time to week Duration: three consecutive weeks
