Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To live in one of the municipalities of the Ribeirão Preto region (XIII Regional Health Department, São Paulo State). Have experienced a stillbirth or a perinatal death during the estimated period. Have faced the death of her baby in the following circumstances: pregnancy that lasted more than 20 complete weeks; had a baby weighing at least 500g (stillbirth); had a baby that died no later than twenty-eight days after the birth (neonatal death).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not understand Portuguese and have severe mental health impairment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate grief adaptation symptoms using a questionnaire and specific scales. ;To evaluate rates of depression, stress and anxiety through specific scales.
