Age
18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers leadership nurse managers, on the hospital's humanization and family health team of the municipal government of São Paulo (Brazil)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who practice meditation regularly; problems with alcohol and/or drug abuse; diagnosis of mental illness or psychiatric treatment assessed the Sociodemographic and Clinical Questionnaire.
