Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals between 18 and 59 years of age; of both genders; with chronic migraine diagnosed by the reference headache neurologist of the Integrated Center for Medical Specialties (CIEM) according to the criteria of the International Classification of Headache Diagnosis (ICHD-3); in clinical follow-up for at least three months and who present symptoms for more than 12 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with contraindications for manual therapy, including inflammatory disorders, severe osteoporosis, tumors and those with signs of impairment of the vertebral artery and internal carotid artery; individuals with temporomandibular disorders; decompensated blood pressure; diagnosed with systemic diseases; pregnant and lactating women; individuals with neurological deficit and/or cognitive alterations; those who do or have had manual therapy in the last three months; individuals whose migraine symptoms started after the age of 50; those with neck stiffness with or without fever; those who reported worsening of pain with postural change or valsing
