Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students with active enrollment in the nursing degree at the Federal University of Espírito Santo; both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students on leave or with a suspension of enrollment; students who have started some drug treatment other integrative practice in the last 3 months; students pregnant up to 3 months; students with lesions in the pinna, injury or deformity in the ear; use of ear piercing (except for normal earrings); use of bilateral hearing aids

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a 20% improvement in the stress of the students. Data collected at the beginning of treatment, after 2 weeks, and at the end of treatment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to improve the quality of life of students by 20%. Data collected at the beginning of treatment, after 2 weeks, and at the end of treatment
