Eligibility
Age
60 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sexes; aged 60 to 75 years; Body mass index (BMI) greater than 20 kg/m²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Creatine supplementation in the past month; mild cognitive impairment; use of anabolic steroids or selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs); heart failure; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; chronic kidney disease
