Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find difference between levels of biomarkers: increased levels of Brain-Derived Neutrophic Factors, Irisin, and decreased levels of Cortisol, Inflammatory Cytokines measured in blood and saliva.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in depressive symptoms analyzed by the geriatric depression scale for the group that perform activities with virtual reality.;It is expected to find better performance in the cognitive tests of the elderly who performed physical activity with virtual reality, through the mini mental exam, digit spam, floor maze test, stroop test, clock test, verbal fluency test and Montreal Cognitive Assessment.;It is expected to find a better performance in the functional tests of the elderly who performed physical activity with virtual reality, in the tests of the senior fitness test, stabilometry, dual task stabilometry, get up and go test with dual task, Berg balance scale and gait .;It is expected to find an improvement in fall confidence through a higher score on the Falls Efficacy Scale (FES-I).
