18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult individuals aged between 18 to 40 years; eutrophic with a body mass index between 18.5 and 24.9 kilograms per square meter; of both sexes; healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases; diabetes mellitus; hypertension; dyslipidemia; smoking; urinary tract infection; pregnant women; lactating women; use of drugs that interfere with the vascular system

It is expected to evaluate the properties of goat milk concentrate and cocoa powder by the spray dryer microencapsulation method and we will carry out analyzes of centesimal composition (total lipids, total protein, fixed mineral residue and moisture) and antioxidant capacity by spectrophotometer of the final product. designed to verify if there was a statistically significant increase in these functional properties through graphs and tables.

Delayed muscle soreness will be measured before and after the muscle damage protocol compared to pre-exercise protocol values ??for muscle damage up to 72 hours later.;We will investigate the effect of a single dose of intervention on oxidative stress markers. Oxidative stress levels will be measured using a high performance liquid chromatography system.;We will investigate the effect of a single dose of intervention on markers of inflammation. Myoglobin and C-reactive protein for inflammation will be determined by fluorescence immunoassay.;It is expected that the results of the present study may promote health-related benefits, such as promoting muscle recovery. After exercise-induced muscle damage injury using isokinetic dynamometer equipment across all interventions. The muscle damage protocol will be performed with an isokinetic dynamometer in eccentric mode with joint range of motion from 0 to 90 degrees. we will investigate the recovery of maximum strength and will be measured through 4 sets of 1 maximum voluntary isometric contraction at an angle of 70 degrees with 30 seconds of rest between each contraction.;We will investigate the effect of a single dose of intervention on endothelial function through ultrasound-mediated flow dilation.;We will investigate the effect of a single dose of intervention on muscle oxygenation by near-infrared spectroscopy
