Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults between 20 and 40 years of age; able to remain in the standing position without support; without musculoskeletal pain complaints at the moment of evaluation; with assimetries of shoulder ande pelvic girdle; able to understand and agree with the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurological sequelae (resulting from stroke, head trauma and other neurological diseases); reporting symptoms of vertigo or dizziness; pregnant women; individuals who have performed surgery on the spine or feet; presence of diabetic or varicose ulcers on the feet; full or partial amputation of limbs; presence of some kind of visual impairment; individuals who are being treated with therapeutic insoles; difference in length of lower limbs greater than 5mm.

| Improving balance, checked by decreasing the oscillation center of gravity after the intervention in the study group. The measures to be used are the length, the area of the oscillaton of center of gravity and its displacement in the sagittal and frontal plane.There is no consensus in the literature as the standards values for normal subjects. We will analyze the variation before and after, and what is expected is that the variables decrease. | — |
