Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sexes, aged 18 to 45 years; presence of atrophic acne scars on both sides of the face (Grade 2, 3, or 4 on the Goodman & Baron scale); Clinical stability of acne for at least 6 months and Agreement to adhere to the protocol and follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acne ativa ou infecções cutâneas na área de tratamento; Uso de isotretinoína oral nos últimos 6 meses; Histórico de queloides ou cicatrizes hipertróficas; Procedimentos estéticos prévios na região malar nos últimos 12 meses (preenchedores, lasers ou peelings profundos); Gestação ou lactação; Alergia conhecida ao ácido hialurônico ou lidocaína.

MeasureTime frame
A statistically significant reduction in the volume of atrophic acne scars is expected, using the three-dimensional stereophotogrammetry method with the Vectra H2 system, through quantitative analysis of negative volume in cubic millimeters and average depth of depressions at all follow-up times

To evaluate the refinement of the skin surface texture, using the average roughness analysis method in the Vectra H2 system, through the analysis of vertical deviations of the skin surface to confirm the degree of skin smoothness and homogeneity;To evaluate the improvement of global skin quality, using the corneometry and cutometry method, through the analysis of skin hydration and elasticity levels;To analyze changes in dermal thickness and density, using the high-frequency ultrasonography method of twenty-two to thirty-three megahertz, through the measurement of thickness in millimeters and echogenicity to confirm neocollagenesis;To compare the tolerability and safety profile of the interventions, using the clinical inspection and participant report method, through the analysis of the incidence of nodules, persistent edema, and Tyndall effect
