| It is expected that with the proposed exercise protocol of the Pilates Method for 12 weeks, activation of the abdominal muscles will be obtained, culminating in a decrease in the interrectus distance (IRD) evaluated by means of image ultrasonography, as well as the decrease complaints of low back pain using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) and pelvic floor discomfort assessed using the Pelvic Floor Bother Questionnaire (PFBQ). | — |

| It is expected that with the implementation of the Pilates Method exercise protocol proposal (being reassessed after the 12 weeks of intervention) a decrease in the inter-rectal distance (IRD) will be obtained, assessed by means of image ultrasonography. As well as the decrease in low back pain complaints, assessed using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) questionnaire, where the questions are scored from 0 to 5, where: 0 no difficulty in the activity and 5 representing the maximum difficulty, so it is expected that no obtain a final disability percentage for these volunteers. And following the final assessment of pelvic floor discomfort after 12 weeks of intervention, through the Pelvic Floor Bother Questionnaire (PFBQ), where each answer is scored in a range of 0 to 5, with higher scores indicating more severe discomfort , lower scores are expected. | — |
