Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find, after 08 weeks of stretching exercises, a reduction in occupational stress and anxiety in seamstresses who participated in the intervention, compared to those in the control group. We will use the Work Stress Scale questionnaires, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find after 08 weeks of stretching exercises improvements in cardiorespiratory capacity and handgrip strength, evaluated through the 6-minute walk and jamar manual dynamometer. Data will be collected one week before the intervention and eight weeks after the intervention.
