After screening by applying the Workplace Stress Scale (TSE) to a total of 145 professionals, those who are above the average stress on that scale will be allocated into two randomized groups: Interve

Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with a stress level above the cutoff point; both genders; have completed the proposed questionnaires and scales; age between 18 and 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants on vacation or leave during the survey period; pregnant women; medical diagnosis of depression; medical prescription of antidepressants; having undergone auriculotherapy treatment in the last three months; have done some training in auriculotherapy.

Primary outcome 1: It is expected to observe the reduction of occupational stress in the health workers of the Family Health Strategy measured in percentage in the third and sixth sessions of auriculotherapy and after 15 days the treatment is completed through the application of the Stress Scale at Work , and the effect size of auriculotherapy using the Cohen's d-index statistical analysis tool.;Outcome found 1: In the auriculotherapy group, there was a reduction of 16.13% and 23.7% in the third and sixth therapy session, respectively. Fifteen days after the end of therapy, the reduction was 20.5%. Cohen's d index, in the auriculotherapy group, showed a large effect size in the third session of auriculotherapy (1.12) and very large in the sixth session (1.82). At follow up, the effect remained very large (1.81).

Outcome found 2: In the auriculotherapy group, through the Friedman test, it was observed that there was statistical significance (p<0.001). The Durbin-Conover test identified that the statistical significance occurred between the paired groups EET1/EET2; EET1/EET3 and EET1/EET4; all with p value <0.001.;Expected outcome 2: It is expected that the reduction of occupational stress will be significantly greater in the group that will receive auriculotherapy in the points related to the reduction of stress from the statistical point of view.
