Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Will be included older patients who wanted to participate in the research will be included; need for endodontic intervention or extraction for primary endodontic infection; presence of periapical injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not agree to sign the free and informed consent form; used antifungals, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics in the last 3 months, with endodontic lesions associated with periodontal disease, secondary endodontic infections, teeth with spontaneous pain, root fracture, pulp chamber exposure, impossibility of absolute isolation, curved channels, atresics. or calcified.
