Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of the skin wound healing process of the group using Rhizophora mangle cream compared to the group using the dexpanthenol cream evaluated by morphometric and histomorphometric examination in data collected 1 week after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Major retraction of the wound in the Rhizophora mangle cream group evaluated by morphometry (pachymeter for measurement) 1 week after the intervention. The degree of retraction of cutaneous wounds will be calculated from the equation formulated by Prata et al. (1988): A = pi . R . r Greater area of wound reepithelialization of the group treated with Rhizophora mangle cream evaluated by calculating the distance between the epithelia in the healing, performed through the software Pannoramic Viewer version 1.15.4 year 2014, 1 week after the intervention. Increased number of wound fibroblasts in the group using Rhizophora mangle cream evaluated by counting in a histological study 1 week after the intervention
