20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male bodybuilders; age 20 to 35; who have been bodybuilding for at least six months; practitioners who include at least three weightlifting physical activity sessions per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with any chronic disease or condition such as hypertension ; type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus ; as well as those using dietary supplements or medications

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that curcumin supplementation induced muscle hypertrophy in the participants

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the analysis will show that curcumin supplementation increased maximal strength in the participants;It is expected that the analysis will show that curcumin supplementation altered the participants' biochemical biomarkers
