Interventions

This is a longitudinal, uncontrolled interventional study with 10 children and adolescents who will participate in an exercise protocol using a skateboard. There will be 12 exercise sessions over 3 mo

5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male children and adolescents aged 5 to 14 years old who regularly participate in activities at the Laço Azul Non-Governmental Organization in the city of Uberaba; with parental or guardian authorization will be eligible to participate in the research; Only children and adolescents who have a confirmed diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) at levels 1 and 2 based on an opinion from a doctor or psychologist, will participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children and adolescents who miss two or more weeks of activities at Laço Azul; participants who have recently undergone surgery; children or adolescents who do not take final assessments or do not complete one of the tests or one of the assessment stages
