Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Whether there is a correlation between the percentage of weight reduction in the amount of evacuated contrast medium and the variation in the percentage of area reduction of the rectal ampulla after cinedefecography, and once there is correlation , you can determine a new parameter for the exam and use it in future studies. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The present study suggests a technical change in the current CD protocols, being the first study to correlate the variation of the contrasted area of the rectal ampulla and the percentage of evacuated barium contrast. Further studies should evaluate this parameter considering different pelvic floor disorders in order to determine its clinical relevance and usefulness in the study of dyschezia. | — |
