Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years old; both sexes; medium and high anxiety level
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Users who are being treated with the following drugs: psychotropic drugs, antibiotics, corticosteroids and anabolics; pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy; illiterate.
