Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be 18 years of age or older; any gender; be able to participate in all stages of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present contraindication for performing magnetic resonance imaging (according to a standardized questionnaire from the imaging department of this institution); current diagnosis of psychiatric disorder or neurological disease reported by the participant

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that a reduction in symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and negative affect will be observed, along with an increase in positive affect and well-being, as assessed through questionnaires.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
A reduction in the activity of brain areas related to stress, such as the amygdala, and greater activation of prefrontal areas during emotion regulation tasks are also expected to be observed through functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI)
