Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be a student, regardless of age; regardless of gender; be regularly enrolled in an undergraduate program; own an electronic device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and have internet access; present symptoms of Binge Eating Disorder (BED) identified by the Binge Eating Disorder Scale (BEDS), with a score greater than or equal to 17
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Being pregnant; Having a physical disability or other condition that makes it impossible to obtain anthropometric measurements; Having a diagnosis of severe cognitive or mental disorders, such as schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders; Having a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa or acute depression for less than six months; be using medications or substances that cause loss of attention and cognitive concentration, such as anxiolytic drugs; be a regular practitioner (at least once a week in the last six months) of meditation, yoga, or mindfulnes
