While it is expected that the levels of anxiety and depression of young university students, conversely, will be higher in the pre-intervention evaluation, lower in the post-intervention evaluation, but also in intermediate levels in the evaluation two weeks after the intervention (that is, lower in relation to the pre-intervention evaluation, but higher in relation to the immediate post-intervention evaluation). This will be measured through validated instruments for assessing self-compassion, self-esteem, body appreciation, body functionality appreciation, general mental health, anxiety and depression, based on the finding that there was a significant improvement in indexes of self-compassion, self-esteem, body appreciation, body functionality appreciation, general mental health, anxiety and depression of the participants.;It is expected that there will be positive correlations between the levels of self-compassion, self-esteem, body appreciation, body functionality appreciation and general mental health, as well as negative correlations between the latter and the levels of anxiety and depression in | — |
