18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants over 18 years of age; both sexes; requiring replacement with the use of two unit prostheses on implants in the posterior region of the maxilla or mandible; with healthy adjacent natural teeth (no carious lesions or any stage of periodontal disease); favorable gingival profile (thickness greater than 1.5 mm) and sufficient bone tissue to perform the implantation surgery without bone grafts or augmentations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers; uncontrolled diabetes; metabolic bone disorders; history of radiotherapy to the head and neck; recent chemotherapy treatment; use of drugs that influence bone and gum tissue healing; use of illicit drugs; need for fixed partial dental prostheses

MeasureTime frame
An improvement in the osseointegration of Hybridus implants is expected after the change in surface macrogeometry as assessed by the ISQ (Implant Stability Quotient) and radiographic evaluation over time;The maintenance and/or increase in peri-implant bone height is expected to be greater for Hybridus implants assessed by radiographic evaluation over time

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the 3D printing materials chosen to produce the prosthetic crowns will be able to withstand the oral environment with a survival rate of over 80% after 18 months.
