Eligibility

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years of age or older; possess all permanent maxillary anterior teeth healthy; present A2 staining on the VITA Classical scale (universal color classification used for measuring and defining the color of teeth in aesthetic treatments) or darker; availability for periodic returns

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Present allergy to bleaching agents; start orthodontic treatments; perform restorative procedures on the vestibular surface of the anterior teeth; not completing the whitening treatment

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the color change in stained teeth treated with ozone associated with bleaching treatment, through analysis with visual scale scans and spectrophotometry. The outcomes will be quantified by color tone change in the dental scale and by (delta E) in the spectrophotometric evaluation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the dental sensitivity and gingival condition of teeth treated with ozone associated with bleaching treatment, by analyzing the VAS and ECN scale and Löe gingival index.
