This is an open-label occupational-based randomized community trial conducted in industrial sector companies lasting six months. The 62 companies will be randomly allocated into eight arms, comprising
Health Circuit"
program, which consists of a health education strategy combined with the offer of clinical screening tests, including: bioimpedance, spirometry, visual and auditory acuity, thyroid-stimulating hormone
2) The Psychosocial Emergency Brigade, which trains workers for crisis support through five theoretical and experiential meetings of up to three hours each, addressing depression and anxiety
and 3) Mental Health Consultancy, which maps psychosocial factors through questionnaires for subsequent workshops and the development of a personalized action plan for the company

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Workers of both sexes; aged 18 years or older or emancipated; active employment link in one of the selected industrial sector companies distributed across the Regional Departments of the Social Service of Industry; signature of the Informed Consent Form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence from work activities due to vacation or leave of any kind during the data collection period; non-completion of the data collection instruments
