Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basketball athletes; of both sexes; regardless of ethnicity; aged 18 to 35 years will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants self-reporting any musculoskeletal pain; or discomfort in the lower limbs at baseline will be excluded
