Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1: The hydrogen peroxide degradation will be higher in upper trays than lower trays verified by sodium permanganate titration of bleaching gel, considering 50% of degradation in the first hour of use in the end of the study;Expected outcome 2: The presence of peroxide in saliva will be higher in prefilled trays than customized trays determined by 4-aminoantipirin reaction with saliva by analytical spectrophometer since the minimum presence of 0.26mg/kg in the end of the study
