Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate mobile technology as a diagnostic physical examination tool, where it is expected to validate its use in telemedicine through teleinterference by comparing paired proportions and agreeing with conventional physical examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Integrate the Tytocare operating system and the Hospital's electronic medical record system;;Analyze telemedicine technology through physical examination tool (Tytocare);;Validate the service in pediatric emergency room practice and specialized care;;Compare the results of using Tytocare between different pediatric age groups;;compare the differences between the physical examination results obtained by Tytocare (heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, otoscopy, oroscopy and auscultation) versus the traditional physical examination performed by the physician;;To evaluate the operational efficiency of the diagnosis made by Tytocare (intervention group) and compare with a diagnosis made without the equipment (control group)
