Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with satisfactory oral hygiene, health periodontal and occlusal stability; Patients with discoloration and poor tooth formation, or diastemas that generate dissatisfaction with the aesthetic condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and smokers; Patients with physical or mental weaknesses; Patients with uncontrolled parafunctional habits, orofacial pain, dental erosion or loss of vertical dimension of occlusion.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Survival rate (%) of translucent zirconia and lithium disilicate ultra-thin veneers. The survival rate is measured considering the period from the cementation of the ultra-thin veneer to the absolute failure of the veneer or censorship.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical performance of translucent zirconia and lithium disilicate ultra-thin veneers considering the modified Ryge criteria: color compatibility, surface integrity, marginal integrity and marginal discoloration. The criteria will be classified into three or four ordinal scores, ranging from alpha (no change) to charlie or delta (change considered an absolute failure);Difference in mean of the scores of the modified questionnaire OIDP (Oral Impact of Daily Performances) that evaluates the impact of the treatment in the quality of life of the patients rehabilitated with ultra-thin veneers in translucent zirconia and in lithium disilicate.;Difference in mean of the score of the questionnaire of Aesthetic perception, whose responses of patients rehabilitated with translucent zirconia and lithium disilicate ultra-thin veneers will be measured by the visual analog scale (VAS).;Mean difference in periodontal indexes of patients rehabilitated with translucent zirconia and lithium disilicate ultra-thin veneers.
