Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active participants aged 18 to 40; of both sexes; with at least 6 months of experience in leg extension exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants self-reporting muscular or skeletal pain or injury in the hip and knee at the time of the initial assessment

It is expected to observe a reduction in muscle fatigue assessed by the visual analog scale ranging from 0 to 10, following the implementation of percussive massage intervention

Muscle pain in the quadriceps region was assessed as participants performed a squat with their dominant leg, indicating the perceived intensity of muscle pain in the quadriceps on a visual analog scale ranging from 0 to 10;The knee extensor muscle torque was evaluated using the PHYSIOCODE F-01® dynamometer. Three measurements were taken with one-minute intervals, and the maximum recorded value was converted into torque and normalized according to body mass;The vertical jump height in centimeters was assessed using the Baiobit™ inertial sensor. Three jumps were performed with 30-second intervals, and the highest value was recorded
