Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults; both genders; ages between 18 and 35; residents in the region of Serra Gaúcha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults over 35 years of age or under 18 years; smokers; diabetics; allergic or intolerant to grape juice; young adults diagnosed with psychiatric or neurological diseases; adults who use psychiatric medication or have a memory-related disorder; participants who have ingested alcoholic, coffee or energy drinks within three hours of the study; young adults who did not follow the diet prescribed in the three days prior to data collection.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome: It is expected to find an improvement in working memory and short-term memory 1 hour after the ingestion of red grape juice through the statistical evaluation of the number of correct answers of the cognitive tests applied before and after the intervention.
