Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with an age range greater than 18 years and less than 65 years of age; of both sexes; who underwent heart transplant surgery in a superior period for 6 months; with clinical stability; using regular immunosuppressive therapy, with no change in class of medications within three months prior to the start of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who present with orthopedic, neurological or respiratory diseases that may make it impossible to perform cardiopulmonary and exercise tests; patients who are undergoing dialysis; and those patients who present psychic alterations that restrict them to respond to the questionnaires and the elderly who carry out the test Time up and go in time greater than 20 seconds, characterizing risk of falls

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1 Maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) as measured by Ergospirometry.;Expected outcome 2 Heart rate variability through time domain analysis parameters: mean RR, SDNN, SDNNi, SDANN, rMSSD and PNN50, and frequency domain analysis: AF, BF and BF / AF measured by Holter. ;Expected outcome 3 Endothelial function through the RHI (Reactive hyperemia index analyzed by EndoPAT 2000.;Expected outcome 4 Quality of life measured through the Short Form-36 questionnaire (SF-36).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1 Distance traveled in meters obtained in the Six-Minute Walk Test (TC6) ;Expected outcome 2 Symptoms of depression through the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI);Expected outcome 3 Inspiratory muscle strength measured by the Digital Manovacuometer (GlobalMed)
